This brewery in Grafenhausen-Rothaus is located in the famous Black Forest. All beers are brewed with locally grown ingredients. The preparation takes place 1000 meters above sea level. Around the brewery there are seven different water sources that are used for the beers. From Tettnang and Hallertau come the different hop varieties that make the unique taste of the Rothaus beers possible.
