Omnipollo - Konx
Omnipollo from Sweden, known for their hazy IPAs and thick barrel-aged Stouts also has a non-alcoholic Pale Ale that is very thirst-quenching due to its dryness.
Most non-alcoholic (India) Pale Ales often still have some sweetness from the malt, reminiscent of toast or honey. This is virtually absent with the Knox and, with the fresh-sour lemon flavor, very pleasant and thirst-quenching. The taste is further reminiscent of stone fruit, lime and lychee. The beer has a slight sparkle (bubble) and, along with the fresh taste, is reminiscent of a cocktail, fresh from the shaker.
Omnipollo was created in 2010 by a brewer and an artist, thanks to the artist, not only the labels of the beer but often the look of the beer itself are beautiful such as a Blueberry Gose with lactose
which has a purple foam head like a fresh ice cream cone.
