Alcoholvrij Bierhuis levert binnen heel Europa tegen gunstige tarieven. Binnen Nederland en België verzenden we voor 5,85 met PostNL, vanaf 50 euro is je pakket gratis.

Zendingen binnen Nederland en België zijn 5,85 voor bestellingen onder de 50 euro. Vanaf 50 euro is uw zending gratis.
Germany
Voor bestellingen naar Duitsland rekenen wij 9,50, vanaf 60 euro verzenden wij gratis.
Austria
Voor bestellingen naar Oostenrijk rekenen wij 9,99, vanaf 70 euro verzenden wij gratis.
France
Voor bestellingen naar Frankrijk rekenen wij 11,99, vanaf 70 euro verzenden wij gratis.
Other countries
All other countries within the EU are charged 15 euro per shipment.
Pick up
Het is mogelijk uw bestelling af te halen bij ons magazijn in Oisterwijk, je kiest hiervoor tijdens het bestellen voor de optie “afhalen”. Je ontvangt een bericht wanneer de zending gereed is voor afhalen. Let op dat afhalen enkel kan op afspraak, het adres voor het afhalen van bestellingen is Veldweg 10-26 in Oisterwijk. Het is niet mogelijk om ter plaatse een aankoop te doen, wenst u graag wat af te halen doe dan altijd vooraf een bestelling zodat wij deze voor u kunnen klaarzetten, er is niet altijd iemand aanwezig op ons magazijn.
Delivery time
Orders in stock and placed before 4 p.m. will be shipped the same day, orders after 4 p.m. or on weekends will be shipped the first following business day. In case goods are not in stock, delivery takes on average 2 working days longer. You will receive a separate message about this.
Reimbursement of delivery costs
If the consumer has made timely use of his right of withdrawal and as a result has returned the complete order to Alcohol Free Beer House in time, Alcohol Free Beer House will refund any shipping costs paid by the consumer within 14 days after receipt of the timely and complete returned order.
The costs of delivery will only be borne by the Alcohol Free Beer House to the extent that the entire order is returned.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancelling, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return from your home to the shop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package. Please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right, please contact us via info@alcoholvrijbierhuis.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.
Complaints
We advise you to first report complaints to us by sending an e-mail to info@alcoholvrijbierhuis.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
Emballage en leeggoed
Alcoholvrij Bierhuis is gevestigd in Nederland en is daarom verplicht tot het heffen van een emballage/leeggoed heffing, deze heffing ontvangt u retour zodra u de lege flesjes en of blikjes inlevert bij een daarvoor aangewezen inleverpunt, dit kan eigenlijk bij elke supermarkt of slijterij. Het is ook mogelijk om uw leeggoed aan ons te retourneren, dit kan door het inleveren van de lege flessen en of blikjes bij ons magazijn aan de veldweg 10-26 in Oisterwijk of door het retour sturen van het leeggoed naar (kosten voor retour sturen zijn voor eigen rekening).
