Netherlands
Shipments within the Netherlands 7.95 per box, free shipping over 150 euros.
Belgium
Shipments to Belgium are 7.95 per box, free shipping over 150 euros.
Germany
For orders to Germany we charge 12.50 per box, free shipping over 150 euros.
Austria
For orders to Austria we charge 15.74 per box, free shipping over 150 euros.
France
For orders to France we charge 13.99 per box, free shipping over 150 euros.
Pick up
It is possible to pick up your order at our office in Udenhout, for this you choose the option "pick up" while ordering. You will receive a message when the shipment is ready for pickup. Please note that pick up is only possible by appointment, the address for picking up orders is Slimstraat 110 in Udenhout. It is not possible to make a purchase on the spot, if you would like to pick up something, always do an order in advance so we can prepare it for you, there is not always someone present at our warehouse.
Delivery time
Orders in stock and placed before 4 p.m. will be shipped within 2 business days, orders after 4 p.m. or on weekends will be shipped the first following business day. In case goods are not in stock, delivery takes on average 2 working days longer. You will receive a separate message about this.
Reimbursement of delivery costs
If the consumer has timely exercised his or her right of withdrawal and as a result has timely returned the complete order to Alcohol Free Beer House, Alcohol Free Beer House will refund any shipping costs paid by the consumer within 14 days of receipt of the timely and complete returned order to the consumer.
The cost of delivery shall be borne by Alcohol Free Beer House only to the extent that the entire order is returned.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The cost of return from your home to the store is for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@alcoholvrijbierhuis.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order.
Complaints
We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@alcoholvrijbierhuis.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur. As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
Packaging and empties
Alcohol-free Bierhuis is located in the Netherlands and is therefore required to levy a packaging/empty goods levy, this levy will be returned to you once you return the empty bottles and or cans to a designated drop-off point, this can actually be at any supermarket or liquor store. It is also possible to return your empties to us, this can be done by handing in (by appointment) the empty bottles and/or cans at our warehouse at Slimstraat 110 in Udenhout or by returning the empties to (costs for returning are for your own account).
