Alcohol-free Beer House delivers within the whole of Europe at favourable rates. Within the Netherlands and Belgium we ship for 4.50 with PostNL, from 30 euros your package is free.
The Netherlands and Belgium
Shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium are 4.50 euros for orders under 30 euros. From 30 Euros your shipment is free.
For orders to Germany we charge 9,50, from 50 Euro we ship for free.
For orders to Austria we charge 9.99, from 75 euros we ship for free.
For orders to France we charge 11.99 and 8.99 to a service point. From 75 Euros we ship for free.
All other countries within the EU are charged 15 euro per shipment.
It is possible to collect your order from our warehouse in Oisterwijk, please select the collection option when ordering. You will receive a message from us when the shipment is ready for collection.
Orders that are in stock and placed before 16:00 will be shipped the same day, orders after 16:00 or on weekends will be shipped the first following working day. In the event that goods are not in stock, delivery takes an average of 2 working days longer.
Reimbursement of delivery costs
If the consumer has made timely use of his right of withdrawal and as a result has returned the complete order to Alcohol Free Beer House in time, Alcohol Free Beer House will refund any shipping costs paid by the consumer within 14 days after receipt of the timely and complete returned order.
The costs of delivery will only be borne by the Alcohol Free Beer House to the extent that the entire order is returned.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancelling, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return from your home to the shop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package. Please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.
We advise you to first report complaints to us by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
