The taste of radler alcohol-free
With alcohol-free Radler, it can go either way. Depending on the beer and the taste of the fruit syrup, you will of course get different twists to your alcohol-free beer. Radler is known for its fresh taste and is therefore thirst-quenching and delicious during a hot summer day. Flavors like lemon or grapefruit are commonly used. Our tip is Oersoep's Radler, a fresh mix with mango as a surprising highlight. Also check out our other beer brands!
About Radler 0.0
Although Radler has become hugely popular in recent years, it has been made since about 1922(!). Typically, Radler beer is a combination of 50% pilsner or brown ale with 50% fruit lemonade. No fruit is used during brewing. Therefore, Radler should not be confused with a fruit beer.
According to tradition, the German Xaver Kugler opened a pub in a nature reserve just below Munich. Here he laid out a bicycle route and the cyclists poured in. He was in danger of running out of beer too quickly, so he improvised by mixing it with 50 percent lemon water, lime juice and lemonade. This led to the fresh taste of Radler.
He called the mixture Radlermass, named after the German word ' Fahrradfahrer' (better known as the cyclist) combined with Mass; German for a 1-liter beer mug. So it is no coincidence that Radler 0.0 tastes best after a long bike ride or other exertion.
Different flavors
Radler beer is available in a variety of flavors, from lemon to grapefruit and even pineapple. The combination of beer and fruit creates a unique and refreshing taste that is perfect for a summer barbecue, a day at the beach or just as refreshment after a long day at work.
At Alcohol-Free Beer House, we have a Radler 0.0 flavored with mango and a Weizen Radler 0.0. These alcohol-free beers will appeal to any lover.
Our offer
At Alcohol-Free Beer House, we offer three different Radler beers. All of our Radler beers lack the alcohol. We tipped you off to Oersoep's Señor Mango above. This super fruity Radler 0.0 has a tropical mango flavor. With a rating of 3.10, this product is popular among Untappd users.
We also have two Radler beers from Krombacher in our range, namely the Radler Alkoholfrei and the Weizen Zitrone. The former is a sparkling lemon lemonade mixed with alcohol-free Krombacher lager. The weizen is a delicious low-alcohol lemon lemonade beer. The refreshing character of this alcohol-free beer will positively surprise you.
Can you have Radler if you are pregnant?
It is strongly discouraged to consume alcohol during pregnancy. Our Señor Mango from Oersoep and the Radler Alkoholfrei from Krombacher are completely alcohol-free. So you can just drink these during pregnancy. Our Weizen Zitrone from Krombacher is classed among the low-alcohol beers, because of the 0.5% alcohol it contains. We therefore do not recommend drinking these during pregnancy.
