XXL Nutrition - Beer with Benefits - IPA
Personally, I like nothing better than to knock back a cold beer after a good game of tennis or squash or a vigorous boot camp. Anything tastes good to me, be it a lager or a La Chouffe. The downside is that after just 2 drinks it goes straight to your head and afterwards I regret not grabbing a vitamin water or ice tea first.
But that has changed thanks to XXL Nutrition. The "Beer with Benefits" they brewed in collaboration with Vandestreek contains the characteristics of an IPA, deliciously hoppy and fruity with scents of peach and mango. The beer foams well and is quite full despite the 0.5%, this is probably due to the extra protein. It has a slight carbonation and is slightly sour, making it drinkable and thirst-quenching. There is also a slight sweetness to it, which I recognize from protein shakes. The beer is somewhat similar to a New England IPA but still has a distinctive slightly bitter taste of a lager. It also contains vitamins C, D and B12.
All in all, a tasty experience and useful addition to the workout just completed.
From now on, I won't regret and order such a delicious Beer with Benefits
