Rothaus - Tannenzäpfle - Pilsener
In the Rothaus - Tannenzäpfle - Pilsener, the alcohol is evaporated from the beer during the brewing process. The aromas are then recovered so that the characteristic taste of the distinctive Tannenzäpfle (recipe from 1956) is preserved. This beer is also called "Schwarzwald im Glas" - and you can taste it.
