About the brewer
In 1859, Luigi Moretti started his "factory for beer and also ice cream" in Udine. A quiet provincial town in the Friuli region between Venice and the Alps. His factory started up during the Risorgimento, the period in which Italy became one state. Throughout the years, the brewery used the latest machines. And even today, the equipment is pico bello.
