City Brewery 013 - Merry Go Round
Formerly City Brewery 013, today "Lighttown Brewers" as a merger between van Moll, City Brewery 013 and 100 Watt.
The Merry Go Round is one of my personal favorites among non-alcoholic IPAs, this is probably due to its unique and pleasant aroma and comes from the use of non-standard hops from Poland instead of the typical American and Australian varieties.
This is because hops, like grapes, have everything to do with terroir (soil of the crop) and the climate where it grows. A real taste sensation with aroma and flavor notes of peach, lychee, jackfruit and lime. The beer has an addition of wheat and oats to give a cloudiness and full flavor to the beer.
