After the two Lervig(Don't Worry, Be Happy... oh I mean Lervig No Worries Pale Ale, Be Happy! & Pineapple, Anaanas or still Lervig No Worries Pineapple IPA?) beers, with the arrival of December, it is time for the Christmas beers! This week, to stay in line, I have chosen the Lervig - No Worries Driving Home for Christmas - Christmas beer. This Christmas beer is a must!
The beer contains 0.5% alcohol and is therefore in the alcohol-poor category. Once again, a beautiful tin, but this time entirely in the Christmas spirit. The beer is very dark, almost black. The beer has a delicious spicy taste, not exactly the Christmas beer that I am used to to be honest. The beers I know are mostly very sweet and spicy. That is different here. When I opened it for the first time a couple of weeks ago, I didn't like it very much, mainly because I expected something completely different, but as always, I gave the beer a second chance and now it belongs to one of my favourite beers. It doesn't get boring, drinks well and is excellent for the cold and dark days of the year!
