About the brewer
Rittmayer Brewery is one of the oldest breweries in the Forchheimer Land. The family business dates back to 1422. The former count's brewery was the supplier of the hunting lodge Hallerndorf. Because of its good beer, the brewery even received its own certificate of arms from the Count of Kulmbach. Master brewer Georg Rittmayer looks back on this centuries-long brewing tradition with pride; he lives and loves his craft. Under his leadership, the family business has developed into a small medium-sized company.
