Van Moll - Wanderlust
Van Moll, named after brewer Erwin van Moll saw the "light" in 2013 as Eindhoven's first brewpub, located on Keizersgracht in the city center. Since 2015, van Moll also organizes the famous van Moll fest from which breweries from around the world gather in Eindhoven.
With the Wanderlust, the nose gets to experience a bomb of citrus scents coming from Citra and Simcoe hops. You can think of grapefruit, lime, orange and starfruit.
The beer has quite a bit of bitterness paired with fruitiness of orange and lime, along with flavors of bread crust and maria cookies that make the beer balanced and complete.
