Oersoep - Dodgeball Brave Ball
Brewery Oersoep which turned on in 2012 in the former Honig complex in Nijmegen often brews non-ordinary beers and has marketed many experimental brews, they shared the building with Nevel (formerly Katjelam) until 2021.
The Dodgeball Brave Ball is an IPA with Cascade, Mosaic and Citra. 3 hop varieties that produce a fresh and fruity aroma. The beer, despite the low alcohol content, is still very malty, meaning
meaning it does not taste thin or watery but firm like rusk. The hop combination provides fruity flavors of blood orange, persimmon and lychee as well as a floral scent and taste of rose petals, lavender and Geraniums.
A very thirst-quenching beer that brings nature to your nose.
