Guinness - Draught 0.0

Irish brewer Arthur Guinness conceived of a stout beer more than 250 years ago that was to be intense in flavor and light in alcohol.

65 Years ago they started adding a nitrogen mixture instead of just co2 to give the beer a creamy and delicate tingle. For a long time, this taste was confined to a special tap system in the pub until 20 years later, through a widget in the can, they were able to den this experience into people's homes.

Like the regular stout, the Guinness Draught 0.0 has the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the taste is mocha to coffee, cocoa , grassy from the typical local hops and a considerable bitterness.

When opening a can of Guinness, you have to be patient for about 5 seconds until the widget releases its nitrogen and mixes with the beer, when poured, the beer is best to drink after the fine bubbles have settled into a creamy head.
