Uiltje Brewing Company - Superb-Owl - IPA

The Superb-Owl is a delicious bitter-sweet IPA beer from Uiltje Brewing Company. It is not the size of the bird in the fight that matters, but the size of the fight in the bird. And this little owl has a serious fight on its hands! You could even say that we all put Tom Brady on the competition to make a 0.2% IPA that really tastes like a grown-up IPA and not a pipi-pilsner wannabe.

About the brewer

Brouwerij Uiltje, officially Uiltje Brewing Company is a Dutch specialty beer brewery founded in 2012 as Het Uiltje. The brewery started as a contract brewery in Haarlem, and since 2016 has had its own brewing installation, partly thanks to crowdfunding. The brewery has been brewing its own beer in the brewery in the Waarderpolder in Haarlem since 2016. This produced 10,000 hectolitres of beer in 2020.
