The Mash Gang - Stoop Extra Dry - Lager is a Japanese Lager beer. Mash Gang has a great love for Japanese Macro lagers.
Designed to be refreshing and easy to drink, light body, balanced sweetness, dryness and bitterness. Requires much more finesse than we are used to. Well conditioned at lower temperatures for ultimate crispness.

About the brewer
A bunch of friends who started brewing NOLO beers (low alcohol / alcohol free) during the 1st lockdown. After a fairly successful initial launch they went a little rogue and made about 9 beers in 3 months, people kept wanting more, so Mash Gang kept making them.
