White Anchor - NopWhite - white beer

Witte Anker - Nopwit - Witbier is Witte Anker's first low-alcohol beer. The Nopwit, like the other two Hopwit variants, is brewed according to the Reinheitsgebot and is unfiltered. By using a unique type of yeast; LA01, hardly any sugars are converted into alcohol during the brewing process.

About the brewer

Brewery Witte Anker was created by 2-friends with a passion for beer. The enthusiasm of beer came from years of working with special beers. The two men have always desired to launch a stable, good and honest beer brand. To accomplish this, the gentlemen completed a 2-year training in Ghent, Belgium. After completing this training, the gentlemen brew steadfast beers, which are brewed according to recipes developed by themselves.
