Pohjala - Tundra - IPA
The Pohjala - Tundra - IPA is a refreshing non-alcoholic citrus IPA brewed with pine nuts. As a result, it tastes like overripe mango and melon mix with oat cookies and also fresh citrus. As a result, the non-alcoholic beer has hints of refreshing spruce resin. Pleasant tinges of carbonation join the finish, with a final touch of freshly grated lemon. The beer has colors of burntorange with a namely short off-white head.

About the brewer
Põhjala was founded in Tallinn, Estonia, in late 2011 by four Estonian beer lovers and home brewers. Shortly thereafter, Põhjala was joined by Scottish head brewer Chris Pilkington. In fact, Chris already had experience from Brewdog brewery. The first Põhjala beer, Öö Imperial Baltic Porter, hit the market in early 2013.
In the first place, Põhjala's beers were mainly brewed on contract in production facilities of other breweries. The reason is the lack of having its own production facility yet. The first Põhjala brewery opened in April 2014, in Tallinn's Nõmme district. In late 2018, the brewery moved to the historic Noblessner shipyard area by the sea in northern Tallinn.
The brewery and taproom now features a 50-hl Rolec brewhouse and Framax archive line, state-of-the-art laboratory facilities and a taproom with 120 seats and 24 taps. Finally, shouldyou wishto read more about Põhjala and its history, click here.
