The Nest – SchuppenBoer Zero 0.2
Het Nest SchuppenBoer Zero is the down-to-earth counterpart to a Belgian icon. A low-alcohol tripel-style beer with fresh hints of hops, spicy notes, and a surprisingly full body. In other words: a craft beer experience without having to go straight for the alcohol.
With this SchuppenBoer Zero 0.2, Het Nest Brewery proves that low-alcohol beer really doesn’t have to be flat or boring. In the glass, you’ll find a slightly cloudy, golden-amber-colored beer with aromas of citrus, cilantro, mellow malt, and a subtle yeast spiciness. Fresh, spicy, slightly sweet, and with a clean, bitter finish.
This beer is inspired by the classic SchuppenBoer Tripel, but in a lighter version with just 0.2% alcohol. A great choice for fans of Belgian specialty beers who want the flavor but not the alcohol.

About the brewer
Het Nest Brewery is based in Turnhout, Belgium’s playing-card capital. And you can see that right away in their beers. Names like SchuppenBoer, SchuppenAas, and other references to playing cards give the brewery a distinctive and playful identity.
What began as a beer tasting club in the early 2000s has grown into a modern brewery with its own brewing facility. Het Nest combines Belgian beer tradition with experimentation, craftsmanship, and innovation. From robust tripels to surprising low-alcohol beers, their lineup is all about character, flavor, and a clear nod to the card game.
With the SchuppenBoer Zero, they prove that you can serve a seriously special beer even without alcohol. Fresh, spicy, and with enough body to really hold its own.
