Lowtide & Exale Brewing - Ohana
The two English breweries Lowtide Brewing Co. and Exale Brewing have brewed an alcohol-free IPA with
special ingredients and hops that give the beer an exceptional aroma and flavor.
During brewing, pieces of pineapple and lemongrass were added to the Ohana. Both additions add a freshness and fruitiness to the beer that can be tasted all the way to the aftertaste. The hops used for the aroma have aromas of pineapple and. With the firm bitterness and high carbonation, it is a bit like soda.
The beer also contains a slight acidity that makes it strongly reminiscent of citrus fruit. Exale, where the beer is brewed is located in central London and fills out in 440ml cans with ostentatious labels.
