The Musketeers - Troubadour Zestra
The Musketeers - Troubadour Zestra is a bold creation: a quirky, non-alcoholic, and bright blonde beer that, thanks to its rich flavor profile, also still retains its character! The careful balance between hop bitterness, fruity notes and a soft maltiness results in a flavor experience that lasts.
The word "Zestra" is derived from the peel of citrus fruits, known as "zeste. Just as zest enhances the flavor and aroma of a citrus fruit, Troubadour Zestra adds a lively and pungent dimension to the world of non-alcoholic beer. Furthermore, "zesty" also means lively, spicy and energetic. These characteristics perfectly reflect the invigorating and dynamic nature of Troubadour Zestra!

About the brewer
Brewery The Musketeers was founded in 1999 by 4 brewing engineers. Brewing beer was the hobby and passion of these four comrades. Their first brews were developed in Kristof's mother's kitchen.
The brewery's first beer was a blond beer that they named Musketeer.
However, this name turned out to be already registered so a new name was sought. Then Troubadour Blond saw the light of day in 1999.
The beer was liked by the beer lover and step by step the switch was made from hobby to business.
From the home base in Ursel (Aalter), where Kristof lives and lost his heart, Brewery The Musketeers continued to build on their story. Gradually, the Troubadour beers conquered the Belgian and foreign markets. Two years later, in 2001, the darker brother followed: Troubadour Obscura. In 2010, the brewers launched their third beer: the Belgian tripel IPA Troubadour Magma.
After winning the World Beer Cup with Troubadour Blond in 2010, Ursel was suddenly world renowned.
More than 20 years later, two of the founders - Stefaan Soetemans and Kristof De Roo - are still at the helm of this Belgian independent brewery, which has grown into a brewery respected and renowned for its new style Belgian beers.
Due to strong growth and the realization of their ultimate dream (brewing beers in their own professional brewery!), in 2019 The Musketeers Brewery landed in Sint-Gillis-Waas, their new home base and near Stefaan's "Heimat".
Thus the circle is complete and the brewery continues to run at full speed!
