Northern Monk - Patrons Project 13.01 - IPA

"Re-brewing one of Northern Monk's best beers ever, but without the booze."

That was the challenge they set themselves. Northern Monk's 10th anniversary beer is the return of Infinity Vortex, but at 0.5%.

The original, part of Tankpetrol's 2021 Patrons Project series, is Northern Monk's highest-rated NEIPA ever. That's why they wanted to bring it back, but do something different, something bold, something ambitious. Why should those who don't drink alcohol miss out on this? So they set their head brewer and co-founder Brian the challenge of brewing one of their best beers again, but without ABV.

Infinity Vortex AF is as spicy and juicy as you can get in a non-alcoholic beer. Made with Citra, El Dorado and Cashmere hops to make your lips smack and wonder how the team pulled it off.

Like the original, this version was created in collaboration with two of America's finest breweries Other Half and Equilibrium.
