Maximus - Aurora 0.30 - Blond is a top-fermented blond craft beer, fruity in taste with notes of melon & peach. As a result, the beer has a fine bitterness. Brewed with a specially developed yeast that highlights the dry hop with Simcoe and Mosaic hops as well. The 0.30 / alcohol content of the beer refers with a nod to the Utrecht. Origin of Maximus and is, after all, the first low-alcohol Utrecht blonde beer.

About the brewer

Maximus Brewery introduced its low-alcohol blonde beer Aurora in bottle with only 0.30% alcohol on May 12, 2021. The introduction was accompanied by the "Bob drinks 030!" campaign. Ewald Visser, director of Maximus Brewery says: "We have been looking for a low-alcohol beer that comes closest to our customers' preferences in terms of taste. We also see the demand for good quality low-alcohol beer increasing. We think it is important to have a balanced beer experience even practically without alcohol. After all, we are convinced that Aurora is a delicious blond special beer for when you want no alcohol (for a while) or when you are the Bob. Hence the 'wise owl' on the bottle!"
