About the brewer

Insel Brauerei was founded in 2015 by experienced beer-loving master brewers, who met while enjoying beer. Their idea was to brew rare beers. Inspired by the nature of the island of Rügen, Insel Brauerei in Germany created a unique brewing method. The brewing method, unlike other brewers, is based on bottle conditioning.
