Big Drop Brewing - Coba Maya - Cerveza
The Coba Maya Cerveza is a delicious Mexican lager from Big Drop Brewing. The Coba Maya is a fresh, clean, lawnmower-style lager (cerveza) that pours the colour of straw in sunlight. A well-balanced malt punch in the mouth, giving off a soft spicy aroma of German noble hops. Put a slice of lime in it and enjoy, all together Cerveza-style!

About the brewer
Big Drop Brewing has been brewing only non-alcoholic and low-alcohol speciality beer since 2016 and now offers a wide range of delicious beers. The idea for a brewery that only made non-alcoholic beer was driven by their own lifestyle changes (e.g. fatherhood) and the frustration that there were no good non-alcoholic beer options.
Together with renowned experimental brewer Johnny Clayton (formerly of Wild Beer Co), they have perfected techniques to make alcohol-free craft beer without the need for artificial removal of alcohol. The result does not compromise on taste and yet is no more than 0.5% ABV. Big Drop doesn't just use barley. It uses barley, rye, wheat and oats to create great taste and aroma. And it doesn't use just one type of each. It uses more than 20 specialty grains for all of its beers.
The wide range of beers includes Stout, Lager, Pale Ale, IPA, Brown Ale, Golden Ale, Winter Ale and Sour. So there really is something for everyone. Read more about Big Drop Brewing and its history here.
