About the brewer

Baxbier was founded in 2014 by two friends. What started out of curiosity and hobby soon took on serious proportions. After a successful crowdfunding, their own brewery opened in 2016. Ten years later, beers like Kon Minder and Koudvuur have won international awards, the Bax beers are available in every corner of the Netherlands, they have a beautiful tasting room on the waterfront and they organize a big beer festival every year.

Day in and day out, some 25 enthusiastic people are at work developing innovative beers, often with lots of hops or a fun twist. Baxbier has a broad core range, but also brews many more one-off beers. Often together with appealing breweries from home and abroad. Baxbier is known for its love of play and experimentation.
