Leur enthousiasme pour la bi\u00e8re est le fruit d'ann\u00e9es de travail avec des bi\u00e8res sp\u00e9ciales. Les deux hommes ont toujours souhait\u00e9 lancer une marque de bi\u00e8re stable, bonne et honn\u00eate.
