C'est l'heure des bi\u00e8res sp\u00e9ciales sans alcool les plus savoureuses !<\/h4>\n<p>L'automne est l'une de mes p\u00e9riodes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es de l'ann\u00e9e. Apr\u00e8s une belle promenade, on se d\u00e9tend sur le canap\u00e9 avec une bi\u00e8re brune forte. Il ne reste plus que quelques bi\u00e8res sp\u00e9ciales brunes dans la gamme des bi\u00e8res sans alcool et \u00e0 faible teneur en alcool. Dans ce blog, je vous pr\u00e9sente une s\u00e9lection de mes favoris.<\/p>\n<p>Les bi\u00e8res brunes sont souvent tr\u00e8s sucr\u00e9es, ce qui peut \u00eatre agr\u00e9able, mais je les aime personnellement lorsque les saveurs sont un peu plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es. Une bi\u00e8re id\u00e9ale \u00e0 boire un dimanche apr\u00e8s-midi en association avec un rago\u00fbt ou un potiron. Le go\u00fbt a des notes de caramel et de fruits. L'odeur et le go\u00fbt du chocolat et du miel sont agr\u00e9ables. Il est plein de saveur et, m\u00eame s'il est sans alcool, on ne se contente pas d'en boire trois. Un merveilleux \u00e9quilibre de caf\u00e9, de vanille et de chocolat rend la bi\u00e8re pleine de saveur. La bi\u00e8re se combine bien avec de d\u00e9licieux plats automnaux \u00e0 base de potiron, de b\u0153uf et de noix. La bi\u00e8re peut sembler un peu aqueuse mais on s'y habitue rapidement et elle est en fait assez savoureuse, m\u00eame si je dois admettre que c'est un go\u00fbt qu'il faut aimer. Cette bi\u00e8re n'est pas pour tout le monde, aimez-vous un vrai stout ?
